Big Shaun Ryan
Many Key West locals already know Shaun from the meat department at Fausto’s, The Local Butcher Shop, or The Chart Room Bar. During his time on the island, he has earned a reputation for his kitchen knowledge and cooking advice. As a former restaurant owner, chef, and butcher he has an appreciation for the knives and other tools needed to make any kitchen work.
But Shaun knows more than just food. Growing up on a farm he learned how to maintain tools, axes, blades, and more. His time in the Army taught him hold the highest standard and take pride in the results of his work.
Big Shaun will make sure you have what you need to carve your turkey, slice you steak, trim your hedge and much more.
